Refund Policy
Our primary concern is to deliver to you a high level of quality, great value and an unrivalled customer service that exceeds all your expectations continuously, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase; please contact your sales representative via e-mail at sales1@lesedi-int.co.za or call 01 864 1724
Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of collection.
Items damaged during or after collection by the customer are not returnable.
The final decision as to whether a returned product is of poor quality or not, remains with Lesedi Interiors PTY LTD.
Please note that we encourage you visit our showroom or request product images of the product if you are unsure before placing an order. This ensures that you have the opportunity to see any requested view of the product and also that you are satisfied with its quality.
The return must be done with your receipt/invoice. In cases where damage occurs after collection, factory fault, we reserve the right to request images as proof to be used as consideration for a refund or replacement. You will not be reimbursed for any courier charges where items are couriered to or from our store.
